Guests experience the concept's three Brand Pillars–fresh, relevant and comfortable–as soon as they enter the restaurant. Fresh food is artfully displayed throughout the restaurant. Retail selections, from locally made jams, house-made snacks, and  everyone's favorite candy bars, are beautifully presented on rustic tables, in custom display cases and coolers, and on the "library wall." Merchandising is identical for concept designs, ensuring a consistent brand message and purchasing power for profitability.
