Equipment
- Foodservice gloves
- Parchment paper
- Metal spatula
Preparation
- Remove sandwich from refrigeration and unwrap.
- Place the sandwich on a pre-heated Panini Grill at 350°F for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the grill and wrap in parchment paper as shown and serve immediately.
