Wearing foodservice gloves. Preheat Panini grill to 350°F. |

Ingredients
1 | ea. | Ciabatta roll, 4x4 |
1½ | oz. | Prosciutto, sliced |
2½ | oz. | Fresh mozzarella, bococcini, sliced |
2 | tsp. | Balsamic glaze |

Preparation
- Cut the roll in half horizontally and spread the balsamic glaze on both halves.
- Top the bottom half of the roll with the prosciutto, then the cheese, close the sandwich.
- Place the sandwich in a pre-heated Panini press at 350°F for 3-5 minutes until contents are heated through and cheese is melted.
- Place sandwich in bag and serve immediately.
