Prosciutto and Mozzarella Panini

Notes

Wearing foodservice gloves.

Preheat Panini grill to 350°F.

Ingredients

1 ea. Ciabatta roll, 4x4
oz. Prosciutto, sliced
oz. Fresh mozzarella, bococcini, sliced
2 tsp. Balsamic glaze

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Spoon
  • Foodservice gloves
  • To-go bag

Preparation

  1. Cut the roll in half horizontally and spread the balsamic glaze on both halves.
  2. Top the bottom half of the roll with the prosciutto, then the cheese, close the sandwich.
  3. Place the sandwich in a pre-heated Panini press at 350°F for 3-5 minutes until contents are heated through and cheese is melted.
  4. Place sandwich in bag and serve immediately.
