Ingredients
| 4 | oz. | Romaine lettuce, damaged leaves removed, cut into 1 inch by inch pieces, washed, dried well |
| ½ | oz. | Reggiano Parmigiana cheese, shaved |
| 1 | oz. | Croutons |
| 3x | shake | Herb cheese blend, sub recipe |
| 1 | packet | Caesar Dressing – Ken's Packet |
Equipment

- Foodservice gloves
- Cutting board
- To-go container
Preparation
- Place lettuce in the to-go container.
- Top with remaining ingredients as shown, except dressing.
- Dress salad.
- Place lid on container.
- Serve immediately.
