Ingredients

4 oz. Romaine lettuce, damaged leaves removed, cut into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces, washed, dried well
4 oz. Grilled chicken breast, diced, ½"
½ oz. Reggiano Parmigiana cheese, shaved
1 oz. Croutons
3x shake Herb cheese blend, sub recipe
1 packet Caesar dressing - Ken's Packet

Equipment

  • Knife
  • To-go container
  • Foodservice gloves
  • Cutting board

Preparation

  1. Place lettuce in the container, top with chicken, cheese and croutons.
  2. Put top on container and store under refrigeration until sold.
  3. Dressing served in the packet when purchased.
