Ingredients
4 | oz. | Romaine lettuce, damaged leaves removed, cut into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces, washed, dried well |
4 | oz. | Grilled chicken breast, diced, ½" |
½ | oz. | Reggiano Parmigiana cheese, shaved |
1 | oz. | Croutons |
3x | shake | Herb cheese blend, sub recipe |
1 | packet | Caesar dressing - Ken's Packet |
Equipment

- Foodservice gloves
- Cutting board
Preparation
- Place lettuce in the container, top with chicken, cheese and croutons.
- Put top on container and store under refrigeration until sold.
- Dressing served in the packet when purchased.
