Salad is served with dressing packet when purchased to-go

Ingredients

4 oz. Romaine lettuce, washed, dried, damaged leaves removed, 1" by 1" pieces
2 slices Bacon, cook, ½" dice
½ oz. Red onion, ½" dice
2 oz. Tomatoes, ½" dice
3 oz. Grilled chicken breast, ½" dice
2 oz. Avocado, fresh, ½" dice
1 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
1 tsp. Herb'n Fresh Herb Mix, sub recipe
1 ea. Egg, hard boiled, cut into quarters
1 packet Peppercorn dressing - Ken's (packet)

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Preparation

  1. Place cut romaine in the to-go container
  2. Top with remaining ingredients, except dressing.
  3. Place top on the container and store under refrigeration until ordered.
