Ingredients
| 3 | ea. | Bibb lettuce, washed, dried, leaves only |
| 5 | oz. | Harvest Chicken Salad, sub recipe |
| 3 | ea. | Parmesan crostini, sub recipe |
Equipment
- Foodservice gloves
- To-go container
- 1/2 sheet parchment
- scoop
Preparation
- In the to-go container lay down the three leaves of bibb lettuce to span half of the container.
- Scoop the chicken salad and place on top of the bibb lettuce.
- Wrap the crostini in the parchment paper and place in the empty half, fold side down.
- Close container and store under refrigeration until ordered.
