Ingredients

4 oz. Romaine lettuce, damaged leaves removed, cut into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces, washed, dried well
5 ea. Grilled shrimp (prep recipe)
½ oz. Reggiano Parmigiana cheese, shaved
1 oz. Croutons
3x shake Herb Cheese Blend, sub recipe
1 packet Caesar Dressing - Ken's

Equipment

Preparation

  1. Place lettuce in the container, top with shrimp, cheese and croutons
  2. Put top on container and store under refrigeration until sold
