4 | oz. | Romaine lettuce, damaged leaves removed, cut into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces, washed, dried well |
5 | ea. | Grilled shrimp (prep recipe) |
½ | oz. | Reggiano Parmigiana cheese, shaved |
1 | oz. | Croutons |
3x | shake | Herb Cheese Blend, sub recipe |
1 | packet | Caesar Dressing - Ken's |

Preparation
- Place lettuce in the container, top with shrimp, cheese and croutons
- Put top on container and store under refrigeration until sold
