Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

4 oz. Non-fat Greek yogurt
½ ea. Banana, fresh, peeled
2 oz. Blueberries, fresh, washed, dried
3 ea. Strawberries, fresh, washed, dried
2 oz. Mango, frozen
½ c. Ice
1 tbsp. Rosemary honey, sub recipe

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Foodservice gloves
  • Cutting board

Preparation

  1. In blender, combined all ingredients, except the rosemary honey, until smooth.
  2. Transfer to to-go cup.
  3. Drizzle with rosemary honey. Serve cold.
