Merry Chef Setting: 2 minutes and 45 seconds at 475 degrees Fahrenheit with 70% microwave and 25% fan. Wearing foodservice gloves. |

Ingredients
| 1 | ea. | Quiche, Priscilla's, sliced, thawed entirely |
Equipment
- Foodservice gloves
- To-go quiche container
Preparation
- On a metal sizzle tray, place one slice of quiche.
- Put in to the Merry Chef and use the setting specified.
- Once finished, remove carefully from the oven as the sizzle tray will be very hot.
- Place on a heat proof surface and transfer from the sizzle tray to the to-go container.
- Close container and serve immediately.
