Wearing foodservice gloves. Merry Chef Setting: 475°F for 15 seconds with 45% microwave and 50% fan followed immediately by 1 minute and 45 seconds with 0% microwave and 100% fan. |

Ingredients

| 1 | spec | Four cheese corn muffin, sub recipe |

- 1/2 sheet parchment paper
- 1/2 sheet parchment

Preparation
- Unwrap the pre-made sandwich and place the on the Merry Chef mesh pan as follows: muffin bottom on one side with a quarter sheet of parchment underneath and muffin top next to it.
- Place sandwich in the Merry Chef and use the proper setting as noted above.
- Remove from oven and place on a heat resistant surface.
- Place the top of the corn muffin on the rest of the sandwich and wrap in ½ sheet of parchment and serve immediately.
