1 | ea. | Corn Muffin, gluten free, thawed |
½ | oz. | Smoked Gouda, sliced |
1 | ea. | Egg, large, whole |
½ | oz. | White Cheddar Cheese, sliced |
½ | oz. | Muenster Cheese, sliced |
Equipment

- Cutting board
- ½ Sheet of parchment
- Foodservice gloves
Preparation
- Cook the egg in an oiled 4 inch muffin pan in the pre-heated convection oven resulting in a medium hard egg. Set aside to cool.
- Cut the corn muffin in half.
- Place the Gouda on the muffin bottom, top with the cooked egg, then cheddar and muenster cheese
- Close the sandwich with the remaining half of bun and wrap in parchment and place under refrigeration until ordered.
