Ingredients

4 oz. Celery, fresh, washed and dried, cut in 2" matchsticks
4 oz. Carrots, fresh, washed and dried, cut in 2" matchsticks
2 oz. Ranch dressing, Ken's

Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Spoon
  • Ladle
  • Foodservice gloves

Preparation

  1. Place the carrots and celery in the parfait cup, place cover on this portion of the cup.
  2. Place the Kens Ranch in the top portion and finish assembling the cup.
  3. Refrigerate until ordered.
