Ingredients
1 | c. | Fresh strawberries, washed and dried, sliced ¼" |
1 | c. | Fresh pineapple, washed, peeled and core removed, ¼" cubes |
6 | oz. | Cottage cheese, fresh |
1 | sprig | Mint leaf, washed and dried |

Preparation
- Mix both the pineapple and strawberries together and set aside
- In the cup, make 2 alternating layers of the cottage cheese and mixed fruit - starting with a bottom layer of cottage cheese, reference build.
- Top with mint.
- Place lid on the cup.
- Refrigerate until ordered.
