Cottage Cheese and Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

1 c. Fresh strawberries, washed and dried, sliced ¼"
1 c. Fresh pineapple, washed, peeled and core removed, ¼" cubes
6 oz. Cottage cheese, fresh
1 sprig Mint leaf, washed and dried

Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Spoon
  • Ladle
  • Foodservice gloves
  • To-go cup

Preparation

  1. Mix both the pineapple and strawberries together and set aside
  2. In the cup, make 2 alternating layers of the cottage cheese and mixed fruit - starting with a bottom layer of cottage cheese, reference build.
  3. Top with mint.
  4. Place lid on the cup.
  5. Refrigerate until ordered.
