Ingredients
2 | ea. | Whole wheat honey bread, sliced |
2 | tbsp. | Dijon mustard, Grey Poupon |
1 | tbsp. | Herb'n Aioli, sub recipe |
2 | leaves | Bibb lettuce, washed and dried well |
2 | slices | Tomato, washed, ¼" slice |
4 | oz. | Turkey breast, spec, sliced |
2 | slices | Swiss cheese, spec, sliced |
Equipment

- Cutting board
- Foodservice gloves
- To-go bag
- Spoon
Preparation
- Spread the mustard on one slice of bread, aioli on the other slice.
- Place the lettuce on top of the mustard.
- Top with the tomato.
- Top with turkey breast.
- Top with Swiss cheese.
- Place other slice of bread on top, with aioli touching the cheese to close the sandwich.
- Place in the to-go out bag as shown below.
