2 | oz. | Hummus, Sabra Original |
2 | oz. | Kalamata olive spread, sub recipe |
1 | ea. | Grilled eggplant, sub recipe |
1 | ea. | Grilled zucchini, sub recipe |
1 | ea. | Grilled yellow squash, sub recipe |
2 | tbsp. | Herb'n Fresh Herb Mix, sub recipe |
Equipment
- 2 oz. portion scoopers
- Foodservice gloves
- To-go salad container
Preparation
- In ½ of the to-go container place the sauces in stop light fashion as follows, kalamata olive spread, hummus, htipiti.
- Directly to the right of the sauces place a line of the Herb'n Fresh Herb mix.
- Finish with each spear to the right of the herbs in a linear fashion. Reference build photo.
- Place lid on container and store under refrigeration until ordered.
