Ingredients

2 oz. Htipiti, sub recipe
2 oz. Hummus, Sabra Original
2 oz. Kalamata olive spread, sub recipe
1 ea. Grilled eggplant, sub recipe
1 ea. Grilled zucchini, sub recipe
1 ea. Grilled yellow squash, sub recipe
2 tbsp. Herb'n Fresh Herb Mix, sub recipe

Equipment

  • 2 oz. portion scoopers
  • Foodservice gloves
  • To-go salad container

Preparation

  1. In ½ of the to-go container place the sauces in stop light fashion as follows, kalamata olive spread, hummus, htipiti.
  2. Directly to the right of the sauces place a line of the Herb'n Fresh Herb mix.
  3. Finish with each spear to the right of the herbs in a linear fashion. Reference build photo.
  4. Place lid on container and store under refrigeration until ordered.
