1 recipe Tomato Jam, sub recipe
¾ c. Kalamata Olives, halved
¼ c. Scallions, chiffonade

  • Spatula
  • Foodservice gloves
  • Air tight container

Preparation

Wearing foodservice gloves

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the tomato jam, Kalamata olives and scallions.
  2. Using a spatula mix ingredients well and transfer to a container to store under refrigeration until ready to use.
