Smoked Ham and Swiss Sandwich

Ingredients

1 ea. Baguette, cut in half lengthwise
2 tbsp. Herb n' Aioli, sub recipe
2 leaves Bibb lettuce, washed and dried
4 oz. Smoked ham, sliced
1 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
2 slices Tomato, washed, sliced ¼"
½ oz. Red onion, washed, sliced ¼"

Preparation

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of herb aioli on each cut side of baguette.
  2. Place the bibb lettuce on the bottom half of baguette.
  3. Top with the sliced ham.
  4. Top with the sliced cheese.
  5. Top with sliced tomato and red onion.
  6. Place other half of bread on top to close the sandwich.
  7. Place in the to-go bag.
