| 5 | oz. | Tuna salad, sub recipe |
| 1 | ea. | Bibb lettuce, washed, dried |
| 2 | ea. | Tomato, sliced, ¼" |
| 2 | ea. | Pumpernickel bread, thawed, sliced |

Preparation
- To build place the bibb lettuce on one slice of Pumpernickel followed by the tomatoes.
- Finish by placing the tuna salad on the tomatoes and closing the sandwich with the remaining pumpernickel.
- Place in to-go container and serve immediately.
