Ingredients

5 oz. Tuna salad, sub recipe
1 ea. Bibb lettuce, washed, dried
2 ea. Tomato, sliced, ¼"
2 ea. Pumpernickel bread, thawed, sliced

Equipment

Preparation

  1. To build place the bibb lettuce on one slice of Pumpernickel followed by the tomatoes.
  2. Finish by placing the tuna salad on the tomatoes and closing the sandwich with the remaining pumpernickel.
  3. Place in to-go container and serve immediately.
