5 | oz. | BBQ pork, sub recipe, held warm |
2 | oz. | Apple slaw, sub recipe |
1 | ea. | Brioche bun, sliced |
1 | oz. | Cheddar, sliced (optional) |
¼ | oz. | Bleu cheese, crumbled (optional) |
Equipment
- Parchment paper
- Foodservice gloves
- Tongs
- Spoon
Preparation
- Merry Chef Setting: 45 seconds at 475°F with 100% fan and 25% microwave.
- Toast the bun on the mesh pan in the Merry Chef using the setting provided.
- Remove the toasted bun and building from the bottom half up place the BBQ Pork down first followed with the apple slaw and finishing with cheese if ordered before placing the top bun to finish.
- Wrap in parchment paper and serve immediately.
