Ingredients
| 1 | ea. | Ciabatta, square, 4x4 |
| 1 | tbsp. | Ken’s horseradish cream |
| 4 | oz. | Roast beef, sliced thin |
| 1 | ea. | Havarti cheese, sliced |
| 1 | ea. | Green leaf lettuce, washed and dried |
| 2 | ea. | Tomato, sliced |
| 3 | ea. | Red onion, washed, peeled, sliced, raw |
Equipment
- Foodservice gloves
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Bowl
- Metal spatula
Preparation
- Cut the ciabatta in half horizontally.
- Spread the horseradish cream on the inside of both sides of the bread.
- Top the bottom roll with the roast beef.
- Follow with the cheese on top of the roast beef.
- Place top of roll on Merry Chef mesh pan.
- Place the sandwich on the mesh screen and carefully place in the Merry Chef using the specified Merry Chef setting.
- Remove the sandwich from the oven and allow to rest for 30 seconds on a heat proof surface.
- Top the now melted cheese with the lettuce, tomato and onions. Close the sandwich.
- Place in the to-go container and serve immediately.
