Preheat grill.

Wearing foodservice gloves.

Ingredients

5 oz Grilled vegetables, sub recipe
Drizzle Drizzle Herb'n Vinaigrette, sub recipe
1 oz. Hummus, Sabra Original
2 tsp. Herb'n Fresh Herb Mix, sub recipe
½ oz. Htipiti, sub recipe
¼ oz. Arugula, washed, dried (packed)
1 ea. Spinach tortilla, 12" round
1 tsp. Roasted garlic spread, sub recipe

  • Foodservice gloves
  • To-go bag

Preparation

  1. To assemble, grill the tortilla for 10 seconds. Begin with a swipe of the roasted garlic spread followed by hummus in the center of the tortilla. Build directly on top of hummus following with the grilled vegetables, Herb'n Fresh herb mix, htipiti and finishing with the arugula.
  2. Wrap tightly and then wrap in a half sheet of parchment.
  3. Place in the appropriate to-go bag and store under refrigeration for up to 1 day.
