Ingredients
1 | ea. | Tomato soup, 4 lbs. package |
1 | tbsp. | Herb cheese blend, sub recipe |
1 | ea. | Parmesan crostini, sub recipe |

Preparation
To Reheat Soup:
- Bring to a boil in a heavy bottomed sauce pan, reduce heat, heat to 165 degrees.
- Place in soup well for service.
When Ordered:
- Place 12 oz. of soup in proper to-go container.
- Garnish with herb cheese blend.
- Place lid on container and serve with Parmesan crostini.
