Wearing food service gloves.

Ingredients

1 ea. Tomato soup, 4 lbs. package
1 tbsp. Herb cheese blend, sub recipe
1 ea. Parmesan crostini, sub recipe

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Pot

Preparation

To Reheat Soup:

  1. Bring to a boil in a heavy bottomed sauce pan, reduce heat, heat to 165 degrees.
  2. Place in soup well for service.

When Ordered:

  1. Place 12 oz. of soup in proper to-go container.
  2. Garnish with herb cheese blend.
  3. Place lid on container and serve with Parmesan crostini.
