Ingredients

1 ea. Ciabatta square, thawed 4x4
5 oz. Grilled chicken breast, thawed and sliced
1 oz. Smoked gouda, sliced
1 oz. Smoked bacon spread, sub recipe

Equipment

  • Foodservice gloves
  • Parchment paper

Preparation

  1. Assemble the sandwich as follows:
    Ciabatta bottom half
    Gouda Cheese
    Smoked bacon spread
    Chicken and top ciabatta half
  2. Wrap in a half sheet of parchment and store under refrigeration until ready to use.
