| 5 | oz. | Grilled chicken breast, thawed and sliced |
| 1 | oz. | Smoked gouda, sliced |
| 1 | oz. | Smoked bacon spread, sub recipe |

Preparation
- Assemble the sandwich as follows:
Ciabatta bottom half
Gouda Cheese
Smoked bacon spread
Chicken and top ciabatta half - Wrap in a half sheet of parchment and store under refrigeration until ready to use.
