Ingredients
| 1 | lb. | Tomatoes, fire roasted, canned |
| 8 | oz. | Bacon, cooked, broken pieces |
| 2 | lg. | Garlic cloves, whole stemmed |
| ½ | c. | Olive Oil, blend |
| 2 | tbsp. | Vinegar, red wine |
| 4 | tsp. | Vinegar, balsamic |
| 2 | tsp. | Paprika, smoked |
| 2 | tsp. | Salt, kosher |
| 2 | tsp. | Pepper, black rest. grind |
| 1 | tsp. | Chili flakes, crushed |
Equipment
- Food processor
- Knife
- Foodservice gloves
- Cutting board
- Air tight container
Preparation
Wearing foodservice gloves.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor, pulse until somewhat smooth but still chunky.
- Place in an air tight container and refrigerate until needed.
