1 | oz. | Scallion, washed, dried, fresh |
1 | tbsp. | Lemon Juice, fresh |
1 | ea. | Roasted Jalapeno Pepper, sub recipe |
3 | oz. | Feta Cheese, crumbled |
1 ½ | tsp. | Salt, kosher |
1 | tsp. | Black Pepper, ground |

- Food processor
- Knife
- Foodservice gloves
- Cutting board
- Air tight container
Preparation
Wearing foodservice gloves.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor, puree until smooth.
- Place in an air tight container and refrigerate until needed.
