Ingredients

8 oz. Roasted Red Pepper, canned, drained
½ oz. Garlic, fresh, cloves
1 oz. Scallion, washed, dried, fresh
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice, fresh
1 ea. Roasted Jalapeno Pepper, sub recipe
3 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 ½ tsp. Salt, kosher
1 tsp. Black Pepper, ground

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Knife
  • Foodservice gloves
  • Cutting board
  • Air tight container

Preparation

Wearing foodservice gloves.

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, puree until smooth.
  2. Place in an air tight container and refrigerate until needed.
