Ingredients
1 | qt. | Mayonnaise, Ken's Extra Heavy |
1 | Tsp. | Black Pepper, ground |
¼ | c. | White Balsamic Vinegar |
¼ | c. | Roasted Garlic Paste, sub recipe |
¼ | c. | Olive Oil |
¾ | c. | Herb'n Fresh Herb Mix, sub recipe |
Equipment
- Latex gloves
- Spatula
- Cutting board
- Mixing bowl
- Air tight container
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, black pepper, vinegar and roasted garlic paste, mix well.
- Slowly incorporate the oil, mixing well.
- Add in the herbs and mix well.
- Place in an air tight container and store under refrigeration until needed.
