Ingredients

1 qt. Mayonnaise, Ken's Extra Heavy
1 Tsp. Black Pepper, ground
¼ c. White Balsamic Vinegar
¼ c. Roasted Garlic Paste, sub recipe
¼ c. Olive Oil
¾ c. Herb'n Fresh Herb Mix, sub recipe

Equipment

  • Latex gloves
  • Spatula
  • Cutting board
  • Mixing bowl
  • Air tight container

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, black pepper, vinegar and roasted garlic paste, mix well.
  2. Slowly incorporate the oil, mixing well.
  3. Add in the herbs and mix well.
  4. Place in an air tight container and store under refrigeration until needed.
