2 | tbsp. | Balsamic Glaze |
1/8 | c | Basil, fresh, washed, dried chiffonade |
Equipment
- Mixing bowl
- Fork
- Air tight container
- Spatula
- Foodservice gloves
Preparation
Wearing foodservice gloves.
- Take roasted tomatoes and in a mixing bowl combine balsamic glaze and chiffonade basil.
- With a fork mix the ingredients until they are well combined and the tomatoes have broken up forming a jam.
