Ingredients

1 recipe Roasted Tomatoes, sub recipe
2 tbsp. Balsamic Glaze
1/8 c Basil, fresh, washed, dried chiffonade

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Fork
  • Air tight container
  • Spatula
  • Foodservice gloves

Preparation

Wearing foodservice gloves.

  1. Take roasted tomatoes and in a mixing bowl combine balsamic glaze and chiffonade basil.
  2. With a fork mix the ingredients until they are well combined and the tomatoes have broken up forming a jam.
