Chocolate and Berries Dessert Cup

Ingredients

3 oz. Scoop chocolate mousse mix, sub recipe
5 ea. Strawberries, fresh, washed, dried

Equipment

  • 3 ounce scoop
  • Foodservice gloves
  • Plastic to-go container

Preparation

  1. Using a white handled 3 ounce portioning scoop, scoop the chocolate mousse into the bottom of the to-go container.
  2. Place four strawberries evenly around the outside edges of the container, placing the 5th strawberry in the center.
  3. Place top on the container and store under refrigeration until ordered.
