Ingredients
3 | oz. | Scoop chocolate mousse mix, sub recipe |
5 | ea. | Strawberries, fresh, washed, dried |
Equipment
- 3 ounce scoop
- Foodservice gloves
- Plastic to-go container
Preparation
- Using a white handled 3 ounce portioning scoop, scoop the chocolate mousse into the bottom of the to-go container.
- Place four strawberries evenly around the outside edges of the container, placing the 5th strawberry in the center.
- Place top on the container and store under refrigeration until ordered.
