1 | box | Chocolate cream dessert base – Elle & Vire |
2 | tbsp. | Vanilla extract |
Preparation
- Place contents of one chocolate pudding mix into the pot and simmer on medium low until it has reached 185°F.
- Scoop out contents into a plastic holding container, and add vanilla to the chocolate pudding. Allow to cool slightly.
- Use immediately to finish Pots de Crème, while still warm.
