Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

1 box Chocolate cream dessert base – Elle & Vire
2 tbsp. Vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Place contents of one chocolate pudding mix into the pot and simmer on medium low until it has reached 185°F.
  2. Scoop out contents into a plastic holding container, and add vanilla to the chocolate pudding. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Use immediately to finish Pots de Crème, while still warm.
