Ingredients
1 | ea. | Pie dough, 6"x6" |
½ | c. | Pears, canned, sliced, drained |
½ | tsp. | Pear seasoning, sub recipe |
1 | tsp. | Almonds, toasted, chopped |
2 | tbsp. | Honey egg wash, sub recipe |

- Measuring spoons
- Foodservice gloves
- Pastry brush
- Oven
Preparation
- Take one pie crust and place the pears in the center.
- Sprinkle the seasoning and almonds on top.
- Fold every flat side and corner (total of eight times) into the center to form a bowl.
- Brush the outside with honey egg wash.
- Place on a ½ sheet tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F in a convection oven with low fan for 14 to 17 minutes.
