1 ea. Egg, large, whole
1 tbsp. Honey

Equipment

  • Measuring spoons
  • Tablespoon
  • Food service gloves
  • Whisk
  • Air tight container

Preparation

Wearing foodservice gloves.

  1. Break one egg into a bowl and whisk.
  2. Add honey and whisk until completely incorporated. 
  3. Store under refrigeration in an air tight container until ready to use.
