tsp. | Cinnamon, ground | |
tsp. | Ginger, ground | |
tsp. | Nutmeg, ground | |
tbsp. | Flour, all-purpose | |
ea. | Orange, zest | |
tbsp. | Lemon Juice, fresh | |
tbsp. | Vanilla Extract |
Equipment
- 1/2 cup measuring
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Foodservice gloves
- Plastic air tight container
Preparation
Wearing foodservice gloves.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Zest one orange and add to dry seasonings.
- Add lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Place in an airtight container.
