Ingredients

4 oz. Greek yogurt, whole fat
2 oz. Blueberries, fresh, washed and dried
4 ea. Blackberries, fresh, washed and dried
2 ea. Raspberries, fresh, washed and dried
1 leaf Mint, fresh, washed and dried

Equipment

  • Scale
  • Foodservice gloves
  • To-go container

Preparation

  1. Mix the berries together and set aside.
  2. In the cup, make 2 alternating layers of the Greek yogurt and mixed berries - starting with a bottom layer of Greek yogurt, reference build.
  3. Top with mint.
  4. Place lid on the cup.
  5. Refrigerate until ordered.
