| 1 | piece | Flourless chocolate cake, thawed |
| 1 | ea. | Raspberry, fresh, washed, dried |
Equipment
- To-go container
- Foodservice gloves
Preparation
- Remove a single piece of thawed, flourless cake from the box.
- Place in appropriate to-go container.
- Place one raspberry in the center of the thicker end of the piece of cake as shown below.
- Store under refrigeration until ordered.
