Ingredients
| 1 | ea. | Crème Brulee Pudding, sub recipe |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Sugar In the Raw |
| 1 | ea. | Mint Leaf, fresh, washed, dried |
Equipment
- Foodservice gloves
- Torch
Preparation
- Sprinkle sugar evenly on top of Crème Brulee Pudding
- Then, with torch on medium, caramelize sugar until golden brown color, not burnt.
- Once pudding has cooled for 20 minutes, and caramel has hardened, place 1 mint leave on top and cover with lid.
