Pre-heat Panini grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Wearing foodservice gloves. |

Ingredients
| 1 | ea. | ItalCrust Oval Crust (6 x 9) |
| 1 | oz. | Membrillo (quince paste) |
| 2 | ea. | Brie, sliced |
| 2 | oz. | Prosciutto, sliced, spec |
Equipment
- Foodservice gloves
- To-go sandwich bags
- Knife
- Cutting board
Preparation
- Place crust on cutting board. Bubbled side should be facing up and the length of the crust should be going from left to right.
- Top the left half of the crust with membrillo slices, building on top with 1 slice of cheese, followed by the sliced prosciutto and finish with remaining cheese.
- Fold the right side of the crust over top of the left to close sandwich, wrap sandwich in white parchment paper.
- Place on pre-heated Panini machine, close cover and grill for 3 minutes.
- Remove from grill, cool, wrap in parchment and refrigerate until ordered.
