Notes

Pre-heat Panini grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wearing foodservice gloves.

Ingredients

1 ea. ItalCrust Oval Crust (6 x 9)
1 oz. Membrillo (quince paste)
2 ea. Brie, sliced
2 oz. Prosciutto, sliced, spec

Equipment

  • Foodservice gloves
  • To-go sandwich bags
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Preparation

  1. Place crust on cutting board. Bubbled side should be facing up and the length of the crust should be going from left to right.
  2. Top the left half of the crust with membrillo slices, building on top with 1 slice of cheese, followed by the sliced prosciutto and finish with remaining cheese.
  3. Fold the right side of the crust over top of the left to close sandwich, wrap sandwich in white parchment paper.
  4. Place on pre-heated Panini machine, close cover and grill for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from grill, cool, wrap in parchment and refrigerate until ordered.
