Ingredients
| 1 | ea. | Flat Iron Steak, trimmed of fat and silver skin, 3 ounce portions |
| 4 | ea. | Chimichurri Paste |
Equipment
- Knife
- Foodservice gloves
- Hotel pan
Preparation
Preheat grill.
Wearing foodservice gloves
- Rub the chimichurri paste on all sides of the beef.
- Place the beef in a hotel pan, cover and refrigerate overnight.
**To cook.
- Remove steak from refrigeration and place on preheated grill.
- Cook forapproximatly 4 to 5 minutes on each side until medium well has been reach. Internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
