Ingredients

1 ea. Flat Iron Steak, trimmed of fat and silver skin, 3 ounce portions
4 ea. Chimichurri Paste

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Foodservice gloves
  • Hotel pan

Preparation

Preheat grill.

Wearing foodservice gloves

  1. Rub the chimichurri paste on all sides of the beef.
  2. Place the beef in a hotel pan, cover  and refrigerate overnight.

**To cook.

  1. Remove steak from refrigeration and place on preheated grill.
  2. Cook forapproximatly 4 to 5 minutes on each side until medium well has been reach.  Internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
