Ingredients
21 | oz. | Cilantro, fresh, washed, dried, stem on |
21 | oz. | Blended Oil, canola and olive oil |
3 ½ | oz. | Red Wine Vinegar |
Equipment
- Immersion blender
- Foodservice gloves
- Gallon pitcher
- Spatula
Preparation
Wearing foodservice gloves.
- Combine all ingredients and, using an immersion blender, blend until smooth.
- Store under refrigeration in an air tight container until ready to use.
