Ingredients
| 1 | ea. | Corn Muffin, gluten-free, thawed | 
| 1 | oz. | Canadian Bacon, sliced | 
| 1 | ea. | Egg, large, whole | 
| 1 | oz. | White Cheddar Cheese, sliced | 
Equipment
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Foodservice gloves
- ½ Sheet parchment paper
Preparation
- Cook the egg in an oiled 4 inch muffin pan in the pre-heated convection oven resulting in a medium hard egg. Set aside to cool.
- Cut the corn muffin in half.
- Place the Canadian Bacon on the muffin bottom, top with the cooked egg, then cheddar cheese
