Merry Chef Setting: 1 1/2 minutes at 475ªº F with 100% microwave and 100% fan. Wearing foodservice gloves. |

Ingredients
| 2 | ea. | Eggs, large, whole |
| 1/8 | tsp. | Salt, kosher |
| 1/8 | tsp. | Black Pepper, ground |
| 1 | ea. | Brioche Bun |
| 1 | oz. | Smoked ham, sliced |
| 1 | oz. | White Cheddar Cheese, sliced |
Equipment
- Foodservice gloves
- Knife
- Spatula

Preparation
EGGS
- Crack the eggs in a non-stick pan that has been sprayed with oil.
- Break the yolks and season with salt and pepper.
- Place in the the Merry Chef using the settings above.
- Remove from oven and refrigerate until ready to build the rest of the sandwich.
SANDWICH
- Cut the brioche bun in half, place the ham on the bottom half of the bun, and the cheese on the top half.
- Place egg on bottom of Brioche roll, top with ham and cheese, wrap in white parchment paper and refrigerate until ordered.
