Preheat Panini press to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Wearing foodservice gloves. |

Ingredients
2 | ea. | Brioche Bread, sliced |
2 | tbsp. | Nutella |
1 | ea. | Banana, fresh, whole, peeled |
Equipment
- Foodservice gloves
- Knife
- Spoon
- Cutting board
- To-go sandwich bag
Preparation
- Cut the banana in half lengthwise, then cut in half the other direction, creating 4 pieces.
- Spread 1 tbsp. of Nutella on each slice of brioche.
- Top with the 4 banana pieces, close the sandwich.
- Place the sandwich on a clean, pre-heated Panini press.
- Grill for 2 -3 minutes or until golden brown and warm in the center.
- Remove from the press, wrap in a 1/2 sheet of parchment and refrigerate until ordered.
