Ingredients
2 | lbs. | Jalapenos, whole, fresh, washed, dried |
2 | oz. | Blended Oil, Olive and canola |
Equipment
- Sheet tray
- Air tight container
Preparation
Preheat convection oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Toss together both ingredients in a large mixing bowl and lay out on the sheet tray.
- Place directly into the preheated oven and roast for 10 minutes or until the skin blisters and they are tender.
- Remove from oven and cool at room temperature.
- Store in an air tight container under refrigeration until ready to use.
