Ingredients

2 lbs. Jalapenos, whole, fresh, washed, dried
2 oz. Blended Oil, Olive and canola

Equipment

  • Sheet tray
  • Air tight container

Preparation

Preheat convection oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  1. Toss together both ingredients in a large mixing bowl and lay out on the sheet tray.
  2. Place directly into the preheated oven and roast for 10 minutes or until the skin blisters and they are tender.
  3. Remove from oven and cool at room temperature.
  4. Store in an air tight container under refrigeration until ready to use.
